The transition from the Lower part of the school to the Sixth Form is important. During Years 10 and 11 boys will sit public examinations for the first time. They will start to narrow down the number of subjects they study and will begin to set their sights on future careers.
The GCSE choices they make need to be considered and appropriate to their skills, interests and Higher Education ambitions.
The range of subject choices at BCS gives the boys the opportunity to lay rigorous foundations for lifelong learning in a rapidly changing world.
